My name is Orsi Horváth, I've been obsessed with desserts since I was 16. I was raised in Budapest and I started my carreer with Gastroblogging. I've been to multiple countries while I was there I tried restaurant confectionery. When I was 24 I moved back to my home town Sf. Gheorghe, not so long after I opened Orka. The goal was to bring a new level to local dessert culture while putting a big emphasis on ingredients, seasonality and variety. Eventhough we are not following traditional lines, classic cakes are still a core part of what we are offering.
